 I’m Chaplyn.

 Welcome,

I help people to remember who they truly are —

authentically, somatically,

and soul-deep.

I am an integrative somatic trauma therapist, psycho-spiritual coach, and facilitator with over a decade of experience working in the realms of:

  • Complex trauma (CPTSD)

  • Somatic processing

  • Attachment & relationship repair

  • Communication

  • Shadow work

  • Psycho-spiritual awakening

  • Nervous system reintegration

  • Authentic Creation

  • Sacred sexuality & polarity

For years, I’ve quietly supported individuals, couples, and small groups through intensive healing — both online and in-person —
including deep dive days that people travel internationally to attend.

My approach is grounded, science-backed, no-bullshit, spiritually rigorous,
trauma-informed,
and rooted in personal integrity.

I believe in truth, devotion,
and the reclamation of our humanity.

My Purpose is to:

uplift, embolden,
encourage and empower

leaders, healers, vision-holders,
and the
LOVE WARRIORS
of this world.

Background

Chaplyn has a private practice on the Sunshine Coast of BC. Originally trained in transformative communication, she remains passionate about family reconciliation and conflict resolution, serving from Los Angeles, California - all the way to the Pacific Northwest.

Inspired by the compassionate message of Gabor Mate, she began working in the harm reduction sector in the DTES of Vancouver in 2015 as a community support worker and story-telling facilitator for several years. During this time she began a seven year journey learning from indigenous healers located in Oaxaca, Mexico to deepen her understanding of her own human experience.

Bringing that rich understanding to her subsequent schooling in trauma science and treatment, she now specializes in healing from complex trauma, supporting individuals and couples to find deep connection to self and other while integrating their innate spiritual selves.

Rooted in the understanding that people heal in the context of loving relationship and authentic meaning, she emphasizes the need for spaciousness, deep listening and active collaboration in her work. Her soulful process work is a unique blend of somatic parts work, grief and ritual work, brain science education, nature connection, symbolic imaging and dream work, Jungian shadow work, narrative and coherence therapy, integrative re-contextualization and shamanism.

Grief is human.

Grief is inevitable and part of life.

Grief is meant to be expressed —

and not meant to be carried alone.

“It is no measure of health to be well-adjusted to a profoundly sick society.”

~ J. Krishnamurti
